Temporary Office Hours
Out of an abundance of caution, we will be closing our office temporarily at 5pm on Wednesday (11/9), and will be closed all day Thursday (11/10). We will re-open Friday as soon as we are given the all-clear by local officials.
Our team will be on-site at our office location, 1520 S. Bay Street, Eustis, FL 32726, to begin assisting with claim filing.
How to Submit a Claim Following the Storm
You can notify us of a claim 1 of 3 ways. Should you be experiencing hardship or have an immediate need, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Complete our online form: https://www.merrillinsurance.com/claim-nicole/. We will begin filing claims with the carriers as soon as our team has access to internet.
- Call our office at (352) 589-5200. If our office is closed, please leave a voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
