As you are preparing for Hurricane Idalia’s arrival in Florida, we want you to know that we are here for you.

Temporary Office Hours
Out of an abundance of caution, we will be closing our office temporarily on Wednesday (8/30). We will re-open Thursday (8/31) at 9 AM, assuming we are given the all-clear by local officials.

Once it is safe to do so, our team will be on-site at our office location to begin assisting with questions and claim filing: 1520 S. Bay Street, Eustis, FL 32726

How to Submit a Claim Following the Storm
To notify us of a claim, we offer 3 convenient options. Should you be experiencing hardship or have an immediate need, please notify us as soon as possible.

  1. Online Form: Complete the claim form on our website at this link: https://www.merrillinsurance.com/service/claim-idalia/. We will begin filing claims with the carriers as soon as our team has access to internet.
  2. Phone: Call our office at (352) 589-5200.  If our office is closed, please leave a voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
  3. In-Person: You can also visit us in person at 1520 S. Bay Street, Eustis, FL 32726
